ALMOND FLOUR:

  • Almond flour adds minimal carbs & a nutty taste. Make sure it is finely ground to make smooth bread.

BAKING POWDER:

  • Baking powder helps to slightly raise the bread. We have to check that it is fresh for proper leavening.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We pre-heat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Apply the oil in the pan to grease it.
  3. In a mixing dish, whisk the mozzarella, eggs, & cream cheese till smooth & combine fully.
  4. Include the almond flour, salt, baking powder, & optional herbs and mix till the batter gets even.
  5. Pour mixture into the loaf pan & spread uniformly.
  6. Bake the bread for 40–45 minutes so the top gets golden.
  7. Completely cool the bread in the pan for ten minutes, then put it on a cooling rack.
  8. Make the slices & serve the bread.
