INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Now, make the baking sheet by using a paper towel and spray the oil on it.
  3. Add to a mixing bowl, Self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
  4. Add stir till a rough dough is achieved.
  5. Keep the prepared dough in the workplace and let it rest for three minutes till it is smooth.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle, approximately 3/8 in. thick.
  7. Pour into a baking sheet. Melted butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder should be mixed in a small bowl.
  8. Spread this mixture with a brush on the dough.
  9. Scatter mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in a uniform fashion.
  10. Lightly season with herbs, pepper, and salt.
  11. Cook it for at least sixteen to eighteen minutes, while it is melted and the edges are brown.
  12. Now allow it to cool for two minutes after taking it out of the oven.
  13. Cut into 8 breadsticks with a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Serve warm.

  • Don’t over-knead the dough. It is to be soft and somewhat sticky.
