INGREDIENT NOTES:

BUTTERMILK PANCAKE MIX:

  • Add this mix to create fluffy pancakes, making breakfast faster and saving you time. It delivers the tangy flavor that pairs perfectly with the savory filling and sweet syrup. You can use whole-wheat pancake mix according to your preference.↻

TURKEY BACON:

  • It offers a smoky, salty flavor just like traditional bacon. Add this turkey bacon for texture and to bring a classic breakfast taste to the filling. You may use lean Canadian bacon instead.

REDUCED-FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE:

  • This cheddar brings a creamy texture and rich flavor to the dish. This cheese melts perfectly over the warm eggs and sausages. You may add part-skim mozzarella as another option.

SUGAR-FREE PANCAKE SYRUP:

  • It adds sweetness while keeping the calories low in the recipe. This syrup goes nicely with turkey bacon and sausage. Use reduced-calorie pancake syrup as a substitute.
