LIGHT BURGER SAUCE:

  • 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Quarter cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Quarter tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • Quarter tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill pickles

  3. Divide the beef into 8 portions and place one tortilla on a piece of baking paper.
  4. Add the beef piece to the tortilla and cover with another piece of baking paper.
  5. Press the beef into a thin layer and spread to the edge of the tortilla, then repeat the steps with remaining ingredients.
  6. Warm the large skillet on medium-high flame and coat with cooking spray.
  7. Put the tortilla beef-side down in the hot skillet and press gently for a few seconds.
  8. Cook it for 3 minutes, then flip the taco and place half a slice of reduced-fat cheddar on the beef.
