INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. large shrimp
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

INGREDIENT NOTES:

SHRIMP:

  • We can utilize fresh or frozen shrimp. Defrost and dry it well before seasoning it. It is best to utilize the jumbo or large shrimp to make this dish, as they don’t get dry in the air fryer.

OLIVE OIL:

  • Utilize the olive oil to stick the seasoning on the shrimp and it also helps the shrimp to get brown equally.

ITALIAN SEASONING:

  • Add the Italian seasoning, which has oregano, marjoram, rosemary, basil, & thyme in it, and it will provide the classic taste & aroma.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • First, dry the shrimp with a paper towel to eliminate the extra moisture.
  • Add the seasonings and olive oil along with the shrimp in the mixing vessel and mix to coat them properly.
  • Now heat the air fryer for three minutes on 400° F for three minutes.
  • Put the shrimp in the basket in one layer, then air fry them for six to eight minutes at 400° F.
  • We have to change the side in between the time till they get opaque.
  • Take them out & serve hot.
