The fact that baked goods are the most popular request I receive from visitors is one of the key reasons I make it a point to produce them for my website.

Can you use fresh and frozen blueberries interchangeably?

In my keto baking, I aim to utilize fresh blueberries wherever possible. I am quite aware, though, that not everyone can get fresh blueberries. This is why I’m pleased to inform you that using frozen blueberries is equally acceptable.

In fact, I’ve noticed that the majority of recipes that let you use frozen berries don’t need that they be thawed first. So go ahead and use frozen blueberries if you so like without first thawing them.

This is due to the fact that the extra moisture tends to make them rupture a little bit more.

In this manner, the frozen berries won’t entirely sink to the bottom of the pan due to their weight.

But, you should be aware that your blueberries will typically sink. This is why I ask that you line your pan(s) with parchment paper that has been oiled.

The Greatest Sugar Substitutes

This low-carb blueberry lemon quick bread isn’t overly sweet since the glaze provides the ideal amount of sweetness.
But, it is still OK to further reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup or even 1/2 cup without having an impact on the bread’s structure.
