Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large lettuce leaves (bibb or romaine)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: sliced tomato, onion, pickles, avocado, etc.
Instructions:
- I preheated a grill to medium-high heat.
- Then I took a large mixing bowl and combined the pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and ground beef. I mixed it well until the seasonings became evenly distributed throughout the beef.
- I divided the beef mixture into four portions and shaped them into patties.
- Then I grilled the burger patties for THREE-Four minutes on each side until they reached desired level.
- I placed a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and allowed it to melt for ONE-TWO minutes.
- And Then to assemble the Keto Cheeseburger, I placed a large lettuce leaf on a plate.
- Added the burger patty with melted cheese on top of the lettuce leaf.
- You may top with your favorite burger toppings such as sliced tomato, onion, pickles, or avocado.
- Place another large lettuce leaf on top of the toppings to create a lettuce wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining burger patties and toppings.
