Keto Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- ONE tsp. garlic powder
- ONE tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ONE tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- I preheated oven to 400°F.
- Then I took a small bowl and mixed together black pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and olive oil.
- After that I rubbed the mixture over the chicken thighs.
- I placed the chicken thighs on a baking sheet which was lined with parchment paper.
- Then I baked for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken thighs are cooked through.
