Keto Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • ONE tsp. garlic powder
  • ONE tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ONE tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. I preheated oven to 400°F.
  2. Then I took a small bowl and mixed together black pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and olive oil.
  3. After that I rubbed the mixture over the chicken thighs.
  4. I placed the chicken thighs on a baking sheet which was lined with parchment paper.
  5. Then I baked for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken thighs are cooked through.
