SAUCE: You have to make In-N-Out sauce at home by combining some ingredients. Otherwise, use any of your favorite keto sauces but the recipe here calls for homemade keto Thousand Island sauce. That all depends on your preference.
SEASONING: Use salt and pepper to bring taste to your beef patties.
ONIONS: Use large-sized onions so that you can cut the slice that closely resembles the size of a burger bun. The recipe does not restrict you to either white or yellow onion. That will be your choice.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat a frying pan on a normal flame.
- Meanwhile, cut 1/4 thick onion rings from the centre.
- Place the onion rings on the frying pan on a normal to low flame.
- Wait till the rings become translucent and start to scorch.
- Place some shredded cheese over it and wait for the cheese to melt.
- Once the cheese starts melting, flip the onion ring to bring the cheese side down.
- Keep the frying pan on the stove for the cheese to become crispy.
