  • Breakfast sausage 1 pound
  • Almond flour 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese, 3 oz.
  • Almond flour 1/2 cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup
  • Bak powder, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper, 1/2 tbs

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven and leave it on medium heat for a few minutes.
