- Cream cheese 16oz.
- Heavy cream 3/4 cup
- powdered erythritol 6tbsp.
- stevia powder 1/4 tsp.
Instructions:
Simple cream cheese frosting:
- Take a large bowl, add two blocks of cream cheese and whip it perfectly to create a velvet touch of the cheese.
Take the required amount of cream cheese and then pour it gradually in to the whipped cream cheese.
Use powder erythritol or any keto friendly sweetener in to the mixture and then the require amount to stevia to get a delightful taste. - Vanilla bean
Commence the ensemble by making an cut in the vanilla bean
Add cream chesse in a blow and soften it by using hand mixer/ electric mixer
Now add gradually the powdered erythritol inti the cream cheese for the sweetness.
Now add the heavy cream and blend until smooth and then add stevia and the vanilla bean seeds which were reserved.
