INGREDIENTS:

  • Four fillets of salmon
  • Two tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Half cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 cups water
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Two tbsp. lemon juice

INGREDIENT NOTES:

SALMON FILLETS:

  • Use the salmon fillets to make this dish. It will provide a good texture and taste. Tis’s good to use the fresh one, but frozen varieties also work, but defrost them before use.

OLIVE OIL:

  • Olive oil is applied to the fish so the seasoning will stick nicely on the fillet. It will also keep the salmon juicy and add good fat content to this dish.

PREPARE THE SALMON:

COOK THE RICE:

  1. Now boil 4 cups of water in the saucepan.

  3. Then include them back in the pan.

MAKE THE LEMON PARMESAN RICE:

  1. Include the butter in the rice and mix till it melts.
  2. Now include the heavy cream & cook on a slow setting for two to three minutes.

  4. Now, drizzle the lemon juice & sprinkle salt & black pepper.

AIR-FRY THE SALMON & SERVE:

  1. First, heat the air fryer at 200° C for three minutes.
  2. Then place the salmon fillets in the basket in one layer.
  3. Now air fry them for eight to ten minutes till they get flaky.
  4. Meanwhile, add the prepared rice to the serving plates.
  5. When the fish gets done, place each fillet over the plates.
  6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top and top with lemon wedges and serve.
