Keto Garlic Parmesan Knots are delightful knots. These knots are packed with garlic and cheese. It is made with delicious garlic butter sauce and almond flour. This is a perfect dish and a perfect snack.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 ½
- Almond Flour 2 cup
- Eggs 2 large
- Cream cheese 2 tsp.
- Garlic powder ½ tsp.
- Salt and pepper
- Baking powder ½ tsp.
- Salt ¼ tsp.
For the garlic butter Topping:
- Garlic, minced 3 cloves
- Unsalted butter ¼ cup
- Grated parmesan cheese ¼ cup
- Fresh parsley, chopped 2 tsp.
Instructions:
For the dough:
- Heat up your oven to 350 F.
- Combine cream and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
- Then, start the oven for 30 seconds until both creams are mixed and melt well.
- Now, In a separate bowl mix the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt altogether.
- Then, add the eggs and add the mixture of cheese and combine well everything.
- Make 12 equal parts from the dough and roll them in balls.
- Now, roll each portion into the rope and bake it for 12 mins.
For the garlic Butter topping:
- Take a small saucepan and melt the unsalted butter on low flame.
- Now add the garlic mixture and cook it for 1-2 minutes
