Keto Garlic Parmesan Knots are delightful knots. These knots are packed with garlic and cheese. It is made with delicious garlic butter sauce and almond flour. This is a perfect dish and a perfect snack.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 ½
  • Almond Flour 2 cup
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Cream cheese 2 tsp.
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp.
  • Salt and pepper
  • Baking powder ½ tsp.
  • Salt ¼ tsp.

For the garlic butter Topping:

  • Garlic, minced 3 cloves
  • Unsalted butter ¼ cup
  • Grated parmesan cheese ¼ cup
  • Fresh parsley, chopped 2 tsp.

Instructions:

For the dough:
  1. Heat up your oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine cream and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  3. Then, start the oven for 30 seconds until both creams are mixed and melt well.
  4. Now, In a separate bowl mix the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt altogether.
  5. Then, add the eggs and add the mixture of cheese and combine well everything.
  6. Make 12 equal parts from the dough and roll them in balls.
  7. Now, roll each portion into the rope and bake it for 12 mins.
For the garlic Butter topping:
  1. Take a small saucepan and melt the unsalted butter on low flame.
  2. Now add the garlic mixture and cook it for 1-2 minutes
  3. Keto Garlic Parmesan Knots are now ready to be served
