It is a combination of shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, almond flour, golden flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, yeast, xanthan gum, ham, cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried and minced onion and poppy seeds.   • Dried minced onion 1 tsp.

  • Patted dry ham 8 slices
Dough:
  • Xanthan gum 1/2 tsp.
  • Yeast 1 tsp.

  • Golden flaxseed meal 2 tbsp.
  • Almond flour 1 1/2 cups
  • Egg 1 large
  • Cream cheese 2 oz.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 6 oz.

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the grease paper or parchment paper on the baking sheets and prepare your oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
  2. To make the dough mix the cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave-safe bowl and cook it in the oven until it becomes melted properly and leave it out from the oven.
  3. After 5 minutes place the melted cheese in the food processor beat the eggs and blend it until it becomes soft properly.
  4. Then, combine the dry ingredients in the same food processor and also blend it until all the ingredients mix properly and leave it out from the food processor.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape transfer it in the baking sheets and bake it for 12 to 15 minutes or bake it until it becomes golden brown from both sides and leave it out from the oven.
  6. Now, serve it after 5 minutes.
Notes:

Detail:

  • Small and thinner slices of crescent are cooked properly and full of cheese and ham.
  • You can use the provolone in this recipe.
  • I recommend or suggest you use the softer cheese instead of the higher cheese because softener cheese makes this recipe very tasty.
