INGREDIENT NOTES:
SHRIMP:
- We have to use the fresh shrimp to provide the best texture in the dish. Frozen shrimp is also best, but properly thaw the shrimp and dry them well so the coating will stick well.
BUTTER:
- Butter is used to make the marination, and it will add an indulgent flavor. It adds the healthy fat content. We have to utilize the no-salt-containing butter to add the salt as we like.
GARLIC:
- It is used to add a savory flavor and to use the fresh garlic to provide a good taste. Avoid using the garlic paste, as it doesn’t give the same flavor.
EGGS:
- They are used to bind the coating to the shrimp. It also provides good protein in the dish.
