Keto Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Keto Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls is a combination of irresistible flavors with eggs added to it. Keto Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

For Egg Rolls:

  • Egg roll wrappers 8 (use low-carb if you are on a diet)
  • Ground beef 1 pound
  • Diced pickles 1/4 cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mustard 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar-free ketchup 2 tbsp.
  • Diced onions 1/4 cup
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

For dip sauce:

  • Mustard 1 tsp.
  • Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  • Sugar- free ketchup 1 tbsp.
  • Dill pickle relish (optional)

 Instructions:

Filling preparation:

  1. Take a pan and put it on medium flame, add olive oil, and then add the ground beef and cook it until well cooked or brown. Drain the excess water and oil after it is cooked properly.

Add spices/ flavors:

  1. Add the pepper, salt, shredded cheddar cheese, mustard, sugar-free ketchup, diced pickles, and sliced onion to the cooked beef.
  2. Cook the ingredients again until the cheese is melted and well-mixed.
  3. Allow it to cool for some time.

Assembling:

  1. Spread an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon an equal portion of cheeseburger filling over the center of the wrapper.
  2. Roll the wrapper from the bottom and cover them properly. Roll them properly and seal the edges.

Get the Air Fryer ready:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

Cooking process:

  1. Brush all the rolls with olive oil and put them in the tray.
  2. Cook them in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes on each side.

Making Dip Sauce:

  1. Mix mustard, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  2. Serve the rolls with this delicious dip sauce.
