Keto Egg Stuffed Meatloaf is the packing of different flavors and proteins. It is the best low-carb and is free of gluten dish and can be made easily and is very delicious for dinner as well. here are the ingredients and procedure of the Keto Egg Stuffed Meatloaf by which you can easily prepare your meal.

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef 680g
  • nutmeg 1/2 tsp.
  • chopped parsley 2 tsp.
  • Cheddar/ Mozzarella cheese 6 slices
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) 1/4 cup
  • almond flour 1/4 cup
  • ham 8 slices
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start pre heating your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Take a bowl and add ground beef, salt, parmesan cheese, almond flour, pepper and parsley and mix them altogether.
  3. Use a parchment paper and spray with olive oil.
  4. Now spread all the beef mixture on the parchment paper evenly.
  5. Now take the slices of cheese and ham and arrange them by first using a cheese slice at the bottom, then the ham and beef mixture on the top, and then top with hard-boiled eggs in the center of the beef mixture.
  6. by using parchment paper roll up the meat loaf and seal the edges of the roll so that the mixture cannot come outside.
  7. Now transfer the rolls into any baking tray and then bake them for 40 minutes until it is well cooked or it turns to a golden brown color.
  8. After baking, allow the meatloaf to be cooled to almost 10 minutes, and then cut it into slices.
  9. You can have them with any dip sauce.
